Regional Sales Manager

 

Job Description

 

  • To develop new market penetration
  • Meeting with possible partners to introduce the business’ services. To identify the suitable dealer/agent.
  • Attend to sales enquiries and generate sales quotations
  • Clarify with customers on technical queries
  • Maintain relationships with existing distributors and key customers
  • Ensuring service and operational excellence
  • Ensuring publicity and participating in exhibitions
  • Market intelligence and trends analysis
  • Performance tracking and reporting results to management
  • Work closely with sales support to update order status & ensure on-time delivery
  • Locate & develop specific sales opportunities and plan specific sales approaches

 

Requirements

N

Possess a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil / Electrical Engineering

N

A demonstrable track record in sales management

N

Complete business fluency in local language and English

N

Candidates MUST have prior experience in construction equipment sales environment

N

Familiarity with local readymix, precast & construction contractors

N

Good oral and written communication skills in English

N

Posses good business acumen and is results oriented

N

Able to travel within short notice

N

Must be proficient in MS Words, Excel & Powerpoint

N

Self motivated, resilient, determined and extroverted character

N

Must have a valid driving license and own a vehicle
