Introduction of Eurotec’s Water Chiller System
Eurotec’s Water Chiller System specializes in chilling the water for concrete mixers from 46°C down to 0.5°C through an evaporative condenser with a four-stage water chilling system. The heat exchanger plate at the third stage is able to produce 0.5°C of chilled water to supply for use in the concrete mixing process. The parallel arrangement of the compressor allows it to be able to save more than 25% of energy compared to other water chillers. The water circulation system can recycle the water continuously, hence saving it. The modular concept of the water chiller system makes it easier for it to be delivered to the job site.
Water Chilling Procedure
First Stage
This stage uses an evaporative condenser to achieve the convincing effect of reducing the temperature of the water from 46°C to 36°C with minimal power required.
Second Stage
The water enters the first compartment of the compressor and cools down the temperature inside the heat exchanger from 36°C to 12°C. The heat exchanger is made out of stainless steel plates.
Third Stage
Subsequently, the high quality of the heat exchanger cools down the temperature of the water further from 12°C to 4°C.
Fourth Stage
Finally, the water is cooled down from 4°C to 0.5°C inside a heat exchanger that is custom made. There are stainless steel plate heat exchangers with water and an air distribution system to ensure a constant temperature of the water inside the tank.

Standard Configuration
- The exterior look is a standard 20/40 feet white container; the interior is decorated with air-conditioner, illumination and aluminum alloy floor.
- The refrigerating compressor unit is a piston compressor
- High Speed Fan on the evaporative condenser
- The first and second stage comprises of stainless steel plate heat exchanger or shell and tube evaporator, whereby the third stage comprises a stainless steel immersion plate heat exchanger with an air pump.
- Refrigeration pipeline connection comes with the refrigeration system control with a protected component.
- Flow indicator of water line system and low water alarm indicator.
- Four-stages of water temperature will be displayed on an operator interface and controlled by an automatic control panel.
