Introduction of Ice Flake
Flaked ice is a kind of dry ice that has an irregular, thin and flat size. It has the potential of cooling energy which can hit 100% or even higher when it is sub-cooled down to -7°C. It neither sticks together nor form blocks during the storage and transporting process. Flaked ice has faster melting time compared to other ice, which subsequently reduces the concrete mixing time and allows longer usage of the batching plant. With this, flaked ice has been widely used in the concrete industry, especially in hot climates.
Usage:
Flaked ice can be used to further reduce the temperature of the concrete, especially in hot climates.
